SOUND WALK
Around Cley Marshes Nature Reserve
You can also experience Shifting Lines in slightly different form by going on the Shifting Lines Sound Walk around the perimeter of the Nature Reserve, where you can listen to Mona Arshi's poems in the Nature that inspired them.
Just
click here to access the sound walk and then follow these instructions:
1. Before embarking on the walk, make sure you have a fully charged battery and data on your smartphone.
2. Make sure 'Location Services' is turned on (see below).
3. We recommend using headphones along the walk.
4. The experience uses a GPS map that gives you your current location simulated by a blue dot, which will move on the map as you move. GPS can vary according to the phone model and cellular service provider.
5. Tap on 'Sound Walk on the top menu bar, you will now see a map of Cley Marshes.
6. Tap on the small grey pin in the white box on top left hand of screen. The map will now locate where you are by showing a small glowing blue circle - this will move as you move.
7. When you reach an orange pin on the map (numbered 1-8) stop and tap the pin and then tap the play icon to hear the poem.
8. The speed at which the audio player loads depends on the speed of your connection, so there may be a slight pause as the audio loads.
